Client Background

The client’s first London store is located near the British Museum. Drawing from this context, the final concept was inspired by a collection piece — the Chinese Carved Jade Ewer with Interlaced Branch Motifs — allowing the product to naturally connect cultural heritage, location, and contemporary brand expression.


What We Did

We managed the entire creative and production process from start to finish. The project began with an in-depth understanding of the client’s brand positioning, business objectives, and store context. Based on this foundation, we developed multiple creative concepts and product directions, supported by research and visual exploration, and presented curated options for the client to evaluate and select.

Once the final concept was confirmed, we translated it into detailed design execution, refining form, pattern, colour and material considerations to ensure both aesthetic quality and production feasibility. We then coordinated closely with manufacturing partners, overseeing prototyping, sampling, revisions, and final approval before mass production.

Beyond the product itself, we also delivered a complete set of launch and marketing assets. This included poster design, visual backgrounds, packaging and display elements, as well as social media visuals, ensuring the product could be consistently presented across physical retail, promotional materials and digital channels. The result was a fully integrated creative product, supported from initial idea through to production and launch.
