1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1 business day
Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items may have restrictions due to regulations in different regions.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at customer@thekpc.com so we can assist you.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as "Delivered."
- If your item arrives damaged, please provide photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
